Meghan Koven, Executive Director
Meghan Koven joined ArtWorks in March 2007. Her background is in Performance Improvement and Human Resources, and she earned a masters degree in Organizational Development from Alverno College in 2006. Her expertise in these fields provides our organization with a unique perspective that has brought us success. Meghan is a personable “task master” who possesses strong assessment skills, a commitment to engaging in continuous improvement efforts, and demonstrates a genuine passion for our organization’s Mission.
When not engaged with ArtWorks, Meghan assists other organizations in achieving their goals through her independent consulting activities. She lives in Bay View.
