4th Annual Night by the River Benefit

ArtWorks for Milwaukee hosted its fourth annual Night by the River benefit on Friday, November 2nd, 2012 at the Milwaukee County Historical Society.

Guests enjoyed sampling craft beers, fine wines and delicious cocktails!  They tasted delectable hors d’oeuvres, a palatable array of cheeses and scrumptious desserts from Milwaukee's finest establishments.  

Throughout the evening, live and silent auction items were available for bidding.  These donated auction items included a wide variety of items and services from local businesses, as well as original artwork created by our Intern Artists.  Additionally, the teens employed in our fall programs were on site and attendees had the opportunity to hear firsthand from our Intern Artists as they showcased their artwork.

Thank you to everyone that participated in the event.  It was a great time for a great cause!  The goal of this event was to raise the funds needed to support ArtWorks' current and future programs. With over 300 attendees, enough money was raised to fund one of our 2013 internship programs.
