“As a recent retiree who worked in the corporate world for over 30 years, I was drawn to ArtWorks because it focused on two of my passions: building career skills for the next generation, and art. What a fantastic idea! I am thrilled to be a volunteer there – working mainly with the talented staff and also the Stewardship Committee. I enjoy the variety of work – from entering data, helping organize information, researching potential grant opportunities, and more. No day is ever the same. I am inspired by the beautiful artwork created by the interns.”
