Environmental Arts Internship

Our Environmental Arts paid internship is an ArtWorks for Milwaukee program that utilizes community art to help spread environmental awareness, education, and advocacy. Our program’s mission is to guide the professional and creative development of our interns through the creation of community-focused, environmentally conscious, public artwork.

Featured Projects

During this program, the interns learn the intersections of art and activism as they work with communities to create public works of art that promote awareness and action around environmental justice, in partnership with Green Tech Station, Discovery World, Northwest Side Community Development Corporation, WaterMarks, Century City Triangle Neighborhood Association, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, Pulaski Park, and KK River Neighbors in Action.
